- If you want to cancel your paid classes, you must request Learn More Than Spanish in writing by mail ( [email protected] ), or directly to the facility.
- The date of cancellation will be the date that Learn More Than Spanish receives the request in writing.
- Refunds are made to the person that made the original payment.
- In all cases the registration fees are non-refundable.
- Non-attendance of a class does not constitute notification of cancellation.
- Students may cancel and be entitled to a full refund if cancellation is more than one business day from the start of the booked lessons.
- After the start of the lessons, the refund will be calculated as follows according to the percentage of lessons completed:
- If less than 25% of the lessons have been completed, the school will refund 95% of the unused lesson fees.
- If 26 to 50% of the lessons have been completed, the school will refund 90% of the unused lesson fees.
- If 51-74% of the lessons have been completed, the school will refund 85% of the unused lesson fees.
- After 75% of lessons have been completed, no refund will be offered.
- If a student wants to move or cancel a private or online lesson, they need to notify the school or teacher with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If a student fails to do this, the school will not be able to reschedule the class to another day or refund the fee.
