Its collection has been declared a National monument and it is considered the most important Prehispanic collection in the world. There are nearly 34,000 pieces of gold and 20,000 of stone, ceramic objects, textiles and precious stones belonging to the Quimbaya, Calima, Tayrona, Sinu, Muisca, Tolima, Tumaco and Malagana cultures, among others. There, you can admire splendid gold pieces as masks, bracelets, necklaces, vessels and hundreds of figures of remarkable quality.
